A truck is some what a tool, people use it in many different ways. On thing that most truck owners do very similarly is transport heavy, dirty, and big cargo. When you buy a new truck, one of the most popular accessories for your truck is a Bed Liner. Over the years there have been many attempts at creating a permanent bed liner that offers good dent protection, scratch, and cargo protection. Most “Spray On” type liners provide only limited amounts of dent and scratch protection. Also “Spray Ons” are typically the most expensive bed liner available.
Several of my Buddies that have “Spray On” bed liners in their truck appear to be scared to put anything in the box. For instance, I had just put the Dual Liner in my truck, when I had a buddy ask me to help him load up an engine block. I just assumed it would be into his truck, but no, he said the engine block would surely destroy his “Spray On.” So we set it in the back of my truck on the Zero Skid bed mat, the engine block did not move an inch and also cushioned the ride from damaging humps and bumps. He did pay for the gas, and what a great way to test out the Dual Liner.
We accidentally tested out the properties of the Zero Skid Bed Mat, before we dropped the engine off, a deer came out of nowhere and crossed about 10 feet in front of my bumper. I hit the brakes very hard, actually as hard as I could and thanks goodness I stopped in time and thank goodness that the engine didn’t come crashing into the cab, if we took my buddies truck I am pretty sure that we would have been dodging a 650 pound block of metal, really. His bed liner is very hard and when you set another hard object on it, it becomes very slippery.
Soon after that occasion, my Buddy asked me several questions about the Dual Liner, that is until he order on for himself. I guess he talked with the factory and they told him that he easily could fit it right over the “Spray On” bed liner. I think that the 650 pounds of flying metal made him realize what was really important. The sidewalls of the Dual Liner are made from tough Polyethylene, so if cargo does strike the sidewall you are not going to get a dent. Near the bottom of these side panels there is a channel built into it, this channel holds the Zero Skid Bed Mat in place. This Zero Skid Mat is like no other in the industry, it is made from high grade rubber which gives it the tacky or sticky properties. On the underside of this mat there is hundreds of rubber cleats to keep the mat from laying flat on the trucks finish, this allows an air space between the bed mat and the trucks sheet metal. The rubber cleats allow water to drain out of the factory designed drain wholes.
If you want to be able to use your truck, no matter what the cargo is, take it from me (and now my buddy) the Dual Liner is the best bed liner for you. The Dual Liner not only save my truck from serious harm, it prevented the engine from causing injuries to me and my buddy. Don’t Be Afraid To Use Your Trucks Bed Liner, Get The Dual Liner Today!
